About My Clients

You are not broken or wrong for having the thoughts and feelings you experience. You are simply trying to find happiness in your life, despite struggles from past traumas, current challenges, or overwhelming thoughts. It is my hope that we can work together to help you reach a better place. I know that finding the right therapist can be a challenging process, but you should feel proud of yourself for taking the first step.

My Background and Approach

I have experience working with individuals who are LGBTQIA+ and neurodiverse. With a focus on those who are struggling with anxiety, depression, OCD, and PTSD. My primary approach to helping clients deal with these challenges is based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which includes Inferential CBT, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). My aim is to work with you to better understand your thoughts and feelings and provide you with effective tools to manage them when life becomes overwhelming.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

No matter what happens in our lives, we all deserve the right to find acceptance, dignity, and happiness within ourselves and in the world around us. As a queer and neurodiverse individual myself, I know that this can be a struggle on a daily basis. However, it's important to remember that it doesn't have to be that way. You can reach a place where you feel better. And you have the power to define what that means for you. If you're interested in working together, please don't hesitate to contact me.
