I work with various mental health issues. Prioritizing mental health is essential, and reaching out for support when necessary is a vital step. It’s important for my clients to understand that receiving a mental health diagnosis does not reflect a personal shortcoming. In fact, reaching out for support demonstrates resilience and a commitment to personal development.
My Background and Approach
I have spent many years in school perfecting my craft. I encourage my clients and parents to work collaboratively with me throughout the therapeutic process. I am certified to provide treatment for trauma, bipolar disorder, and other mood disorders. I give 100% percent and expect the same from my clients.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
We all need someone who we trust to tell our deepest darkest secrets without judgment. I think of therapy as a much-needed service, just as you would going to the doctor for a check-up.
