About My Clients
I help individuals and couples heal from narcissistic abuse, betrayal trauma, complex PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, and unhealthy relationship patterns. Many of my clients feel emotionally exhausted, disconnected from themselves, or stuck in cycles of self-doubt and conflict. Through a trauma-informed, compassionate approach, I help clients rebuild self-trust, strengthen emotional safety, improve communication, and create healthier, more secure relationships with themselves and others.
My Background and Approach
I am currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of the Cumberlands, where I am receiving advanced training in trauma-informed, evidence-based counseling approaches. In addition to my clinical education, I have over two years of experience as a holistic life coach, helping clients navigate personal growth, emotional healing, and relationship challenges with compassion and practical support. I have completed Gottman Method Couples Therapy Level 2 training, allowing me to help couples strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and better understand relational dynamics through research-based interventions. I am also currently pursuing my Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Clinician (NATC) certification. My approach integrates emotional insight, nervous system regulation, and practical tools to help clients create lasting change, healthier relationships, and a stronger sense of self.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Her personal journey has shaped a strong commitment to supporting those who have experienced trauma, betrayal, and life transitions, and she believes healing begins when individuals reclaim their sense of worth and voice. Passionate about empowering clients to embrace both challenges and strengths, Benita aligns with causes that promote equality, mental health awareness, domestic violence prevention, and trauma-informed care. Having walked through adversity herself, she honors the courage it takes to seek support and walks alongside clients with compassion and encouragement. Outside of therapy, she values wellness, creativity, and connection with nature, all of which she sees as essential parts of holistic healing.
