My Background and Approach
I came to the U.S. as a child, and that journey taught me the beauty of resilience and diversity. For nine years, I worked in mental health settings, witnessing the courage people bring to life’s challenges. Today, as a counselor with a Master’s in Professional Counseling, I use approaches like CBT, EMDR, and Motivational Interviewing to help clients heal, find insight, and step into their strength.
