About My Clients
I have a particular interest in working with younger men (20's and 30's), as they face unique challenges and historically have been less likely to seek help. I also do family therapy and specialize in working with people living with serious medical conditions.
My Background and Approach
I have a master's in clinical mental health counseling from Saint Rose. Most of my post-graduate training and experience is in family therapy. I've also treated people with chronic and life-threatening illnesses. My therapeutic approach is pretty eclectic. What's important to me is getting to know you and where you're at.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
What continues to amaze me as a therapist is how resilient people are. I've worked with people going through traumatic experiences and I've seen them go on to live meaningful, fulfilling lives. I strongly believe people can overcome the immense obstacles life throws their way.
