My Background and Approach
I specialize in treating individuals with anxiety and trauma. My approach will help you better understand and navigate your experiences, find confidence in who you are, and build purpose going forward. I can help you develop the tools and knowledge you need to move through life's waves with a sense of ease and presence. I have experience working with individuals across the age and gender spectrum, including those in the LGBTQ+ community. In my sessions, I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), Motivational Interviewing, psychodynamic theory, mindfulness, and meditation. I earned my masters degree in Counseling Psychology from Framingham State University and my bachelors degree in psychology from North Carolina State University. Additionally, I have attended numerous trainings on the treatment of anxiety and traumatic stress.
