About My Clients
You want to feel better. There are many reasons for seeking therapy, but they usually boil down to that. I am honored to work with a variety of clients, but if you are a senior citizen who feels disconnected from meaning, a parent who feels helpless in the face of their child's overwhelming worry, a couple who is fighting too much and connecting too little, or a creative professional who feels blocked or unfulfilled, then we may be a very good fit to work together.
My Background and Approach
I work from a strengths-based, solution focused, and client-centered approach which emphasizes the healing power of the therapeutic relationship. I am trained in SPACE (supportive parenting for anxious childhood emotions), certified in Gottman Method (level 1), and am a certified Prepare-Enrich facilitator. If you would like to work with me, or if you're curious how therapy could help you, I invite you to schedule a free consultation session with me today. During this session, we'll talk about you, your reasons for seeking therapy, and how our work together can bring you closer to overcoming your problems, achieving your goals, and ultimately...feeling better.
