My Background and Approach
As an experienced psychotherapist, I provide counseling services that encourage client growth and change. I strive to help clients become the best version of themselves in our work together. My practice focuses on working with clients from the LGBTQIA+ community. However, I welcome clients from all walks of life. Typical approaches I use with clients include interventions from the CBT school of thought, existential thought, feminists theory, brief therapy, and the expressive arts. Together we can explore what approach works best for you, on your time.
