About My Clients

My Background and Approach
I utilize a collaborative, strength-based approach grounded in a trauma-informed orientation. I utilize EMDR, parts work, mindfulness-based, emotionally focused, and compassion-based approaches to therapy while maintaining the creativity, empathy, and flexibility to meet clients where they are in their journey. I have extensive experience with LGBTAIQ + population, the severally mentally ill, and people struggling with addictions, depression, anxiety, and complexe trauma.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that the path to healing comes from a place of compassion, acceptance, and love. Reaching out for help is an act of incredible bravery and courage. I work from a strength-based eclectic approach. One of the core values that most impact my approach to therapy is all people have the right to be seen, heard, and live as their authentic selves. Your experience is unique to you, and you get to decide who you share that with, what meaning you have created from that experience, and how that impacts who you are today.
