About My Clients
Therapy sessions are in-person, at one of our two office locations and are typically 50-60 minutes in length. Sessions offered include Individual, Family, and Couples/Marriage therapy . Our clientele are children, adolescents, and adults.
My Background and Approach
Our treatment approaches range from, Psychodynamic processing, to skill based strategies found with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). We can focus on behaviors with Behavior Modification or incorporate Experiential treatment modalities through Play Therapy, Art Therapy, or Equine Assisted Psychotherapy.
