About My Clients

My ideal clients are those seeking greater self-understanding, integration, and inner peace. They are any age, as I also specialize in working with children and teens. They may be neurodivergent, LGBTQ+, disabled, chronically ill, or post-religious. Their issues might include trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, attachment wounds, identity struggles, burnout, chronic illness, or religious deconstruction. Their goals are to heal & rewrite limiting narratives & reconnect with disowned parts.

My Background and Approach

I help by creating a space where clients can learn to attune to themselves and feel comfortable with me. I do this using my training in psychodynamic and relational psychology which emphasizes the the importance of the therapeutic relationship between client and therapist. I also utilize somatic techniques, parts work, and play and art therapy for children. I know how hard it is to reach out when you feel disconnected from yourself. Healing takes courage. If aspects of your story resonate, I invite you to contact me. My role is to meet you where you're at with care and compassion. I won't rush to "fix" you. Together we'll deepen self-understanding at your pace. You are worthy; you contain multitudes.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I am a queer woman and belong to the LGBTQ+ community. My experience sorting through my own sexuality and gender identity gives me a unique perspective when supporting those exploring questions around orientation, identity, and self-expression. As a disabled person with chronic illness, I intimately understand the grief, frustration, and resilience required in finding new ways to care for oneself amid limitations. My personal journey helps me empathize with those managing disability, chronic pain, fatigue, and mental health challenges. Having been raised in a conservative religious environment, I can deeply relate to those going through post-religious deconstruction or unpacking religious trauma. My goal is to provide a space free of dogma where people can process wounds, grieve losses, and rewrite internalized harmful narratives.
