About My Clients
I help people who are struggling with life transitions. You may be grieving the loss of a loved one or a relationship or simply navigating a new, scary phase in your life. Maybe you are struggling with career changes, relocations or in a relationship that isn't supported or even recognized by your family. Perhaps you are trying to create a family and enduring the ups and downs of pregnancy, fertility issues or coping with postpartum struggles. You are not alone! I look forward to helping you!
My Background and Approach
Every client is unique and I will customize our sessions together based on what will be most helpful and comfortable for you. I incorporate Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy into our time together. I also offer outdoor walking sessions around beautiful Encinitas which many find to be a refreshing change of pace from the traditional office environment!
