About My Clients

I work with adolescents, and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and difficult life experiences. I have particular experience supporting those impacted by domestic violence, sexual abuse, and spiritual abuse. I welcome clients of all ages, backgrounds, cultures, and belief systems. Whether you feel overwhelmed, exhausted, stuck, or simply ready for something to change, therapy can be a place to feel understood, build on your strengths, and take meaningful steps toward healing.

My Background and Approach

I approach therapy from a holistic, strength-based, and relational perspective, honoring the connection between mind, body, and spirit. My goal is to create a safe and empowering environment where we can build a trusting therapeutic relationship and work collaboratively toward your goals. I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches and tailor treatment to each person’s unique needs, strengths, and experiences. My work includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with adults and Play Therapy with children. My experiences across a variety of settings and roles have strengthened my ability to meet clients where they are and support them as they move toward greater peace, connection, and fulfillment.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe you don’t have to have everything figured out before beginning therapy. Sometimes, simply taking the first step and having a safe place to slow down, feel understood, and make sense of what you’ve been carrying can be meaningful in itself. I believe every person has an inner capacity for growth and change, even when difficult circumstances make that capacity hard to recognize. I view therapy as a collaborative partnership—one where your experiences, values, culture, beliefs, and strengths are honored. My hope is to help you reconnect with the strengths and possibilities already within you, while creating space for healing, greater self-understanding, and a life that feels more peaceful, connected, and fulfilling.
