About My Clients
Clients often describe me as compassionate, curious, supportive, and nonjudgmental, with a sense of humor when appropriate. I strive to create a safe, affirming space where you can show up as you are and feel supported as you move towards meaningful change.
My Background and Approach
Therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and I work collaboratively with clients to tailor the therapeutic process to their specific needs, values, and goals. Together, we explore the experiences, patterns, and challenges that may be getting in the way of your mental and emotional well-being. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Memphis and completed my internship at Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital. I have experience counseling healthcare professionals and specialize in working with individuals experiencing burnout—whether at home, at work, or in relationships. I also enjoy working with individuals with ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder, whether diagnosed or suspected, and I am a clinically certified specialist in both ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I became a therapist because my own experience in therapy helped me grow into the person I wanted to become, even while navigating significant challenges. That experience continues to shape my work and reinforces my belief in the power of a supportive, authentic therapeutic relationship.
