About My Clients
Becky has worked with an array of ages, with a focus on depression, anxiety, behavioral and familial issues, relationship/couple issues, LGBTQ+ issues, grief/loss, PTSD, chronic health issues, and severe and persistent mental illness. She has experience working with children, adolescences, adults, couples, and families.
My Background and Approach
Becky’s approach to therapy is person centered and collaborative. She believes that as a therapist, she is there to guide the client into discovering and processing their own truth and assisting in developing long term, empowered changes that will enhance the client’s quality of life. Becky values creating a strong therapeutic relationship with her clients and encourages a non-judgmental space, where the client/family can speak freely about what is occurring and can truly understand that they are not alone. As Ram Dass stated, “We’re all just walking each other home.”
