About My Clients
I work with individuals & couples from ages 16 and up facing life changes, family issues, anxiety, trauma, depression, and women's issues such as hormones, divorce, and body image. I meet with clients virtually and in person and am available M-F.
My Background and Approach
I am a bilingual Licensed Associate Counselor with a bachelor's in psychology and a master's in counseling from John Brown University. I completed 3 semesters of counseling clients in both an agency and private practice setting. I've worked with individuals & couples from ages 16 and up facing anxiety, trauma, depression, and women's issues such as hormones, divorce, and body image. I meet with clients virtually and in person and am available M-F.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My approach to counseling is learning the stories my clients share about themselves and their world. Our stories have meaning, and I want my clients to recognize their strengths and recognize they are the authors. I take my time getting to know you and never rush the process to foster the sacred relationship that is therapy! I would love to meet with you and help you begin your healing venture.
