About My Clients
Personal growth is facilitated by setting and working toward goals, assessing and building strengths in these areas to develop skills and resources that help them manage life challenges. I focus on working collaboratively with my clients in a safe and open environment to identify goals and work towards positive resolutions.
My Background and Approach
My therapeutic approach integrates CBT, Mindfulness, Person-Centered, Emotion-Focused, Existential, MI, Trauma-Focused CBT, Positive Psychology, and Solution-Focused techniques to help individuals, couples, and families achieve more balance and satisfaction in life. I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and elders who may be experiencing depression, anxiety, life transitions, adjustment disorders, bipolar disorder, grief and loss, substance abuse, stress, self-esteem, and relationship conflicts.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that people as unique individuals have the capacity to grow, heal and change, learning new ways for improving their health and well-being in all areas of life including biological, psychological, social, and spiritual. I am passionate about helping others achieve their full potential and discover the inner capacity that makes them unique and authentic.
