About My Clients
I work with adults, children, and adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, mood concerns, sleep difficulties, and other mental health challenges. My care is especially suited to clients who want a thoughtful, collaborative approach that looks beyond symptoms and considers the connection between mental health, physical health, relationships, lifestyle, and daily functioning.
My Background and Approach
I am a Harvard-trained psychiatrist and the founder of Mind Body Psychiatry in Brooklyn. I completed adult psychiatry training at Columbia University and a Child Psychiatry Fellowship at the NYU Child Study Center. My work combines evidence-based psychiatry with psychotherapy, medication management, functional and integrative medicine, mindfulness, nutrition, lifestyle interventions, and other mind-body approaches. I specialize in anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma, and I work with both adults and younger patients. Care is individualized and grounded in scientific evidence, with attention to the whole person rather than a diagnosis alone.
