About My Clients
My clients are individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, and emotional overwhelm. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel heard, understood, and empowered. Using a trauma-informed and client-centered approach, I help people build coping skills, improve emotional wellness, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience working in inpatient behavioral health, crisis stabilization, community mental health, and healthcare leadership settings. Since entering the field in 2017, I have worked with individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, relationship challenges, stress, and major life transitions. My background includes supporting diverse populations across acute care, outpatient, and community-based environments while emphasizing compassionate, person-centered care. My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and trauma-informed. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable exploring difficult emotions, experiences, and patterns. I utilize evidence-based approaches tailored to each client’s needs, helping individuals strengthen coping skills, improve emotional regulation, build healthier relationships, and move toward meaningful personal growth and healing.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be a space where individuals feel safe, respected, and genuinely heard without fear of judgment. I value authenticity, compassion, accountability, and personal growth, and I believe healing looks different for every person. My goal is to meet clients where they are while supporting them in building insight, resilience, confidence, and healthier ways of coping with life’s challenges. I am passionate about helping people navigate anxiety, trauma, stress, relationship difficulties, and life transitions while recognizing the importance of culture, identity, family systems, and personal experiences in the healing process. I believe meaningful change happens through connection, self-awareness, and practical tools that clients can apply in everyday life. Outside of my professional work, I enjoy spending time with family, creative projects, photography, travel, and continued personal and professional growth.
