My Background and Approach
I work with adolescents and adults who are navigating a variety of mental health challenges including major life changes, struggles with motivation, and past trauma. U utilize a multidisciplinary, evidence-based approach that draws Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Mindfulness to create a therapeutic experience tailored to each client’s unique needs.
