About My Clients
Do you feel overwhelmed, stuck in your thoughts, or caught in patterns that keep repeating? You may be managing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship difficulties, or a major life transition while trying to hold everything together. I offer a warm, direct, and supportive space where we can understand what is happening beneath the surface, develop practical coping strategies, and help you feel more confident, connected, and in control of your life.
My Background and Approach
I offer a warm, welcoming space where you can slow down, feel heard, and begin to understand what may be keeping you stuck. Together, we will look at the concerns bringing you to therapy, explore the patterns underneath them, and find ways to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected. Each session is shaped around your needs. At times, we may focus on practical tools for managing difficult emotions, stress, or relationships. At other times, we may explore how past experiences continue to influence the way you think, feel, and respond today. I draw from psychodynamic therapy, CBT, DBT, attachment-based, and interpersonal approaches to support meaningful, lasting change. My goal is to help you feel supported as you gain clarity, strengthen your relationships, and move toward a life that feels more balanced, authentic, and fulfilling.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe meaningful change begins when people feel accepted, understood, and safe enough to be honest with themselves. Everyone carries experiences that shape how they think, feel, and relate to others, but those patterns do not have to define the future. I value compassion, authenticity, respect, and personal responsibility. Therapy should honor each person’s background, culture, beliefs, and individual pace. My role is not to judge or tell you who to become, but to support you in understanding yourself more clearly and making choices that feel true to who you are. I believe growth is possible at every stage of life, and that even small changes can create a lasting difference in how you feel, connect, and move forward.
