About My Clients
I work with adolescents, adults, couples, parents, and families navigating anxiety, stress, relationship concerns, life transitions, parenting challenges, and feeling overwhelmed or stuck. You may be looking for practical tools, a better understanding of yourself or your relationships, or simply a space where you can talk openly without judgment. Wherever you are starting from, we can work together toward changes that feel meaningful and realistic.
My Background and Approach
I am a graduate student completing my master’s degree in Marriage, Couple, and Family Counseling and provide counseling under the supervision of a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor. My approach is warm, collaborative, and person-centered. I believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely heard and involved in the process rather than feeling like someone is simply telling you what to do. I draw from evidence-based approaches and tailor therapy to the individual, couple, or family in front of me. Depending on your needs, our work may involve exploring patterns, strengthening communication, processing difficult experiences, developing practical coping strategies, or identifying strengths and solutions you can carry into everyday life. My goal is to create a space where you can be honest, curious, and supported while working toward meaningful and lasting change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe people are not meant to carry life’s challenges alone. I value compassion, curiosity, authenticity, and creating a space where people from different backgrounds and experiences can feel respected and understood. As a counselor, I recognize that culture, family, faith, identity, and personal values can all shape how we experience the world. When these areas are important to you, I welcome them into the therapy room and strive to approach them with openness and respect.
