I believe therapy works best when it feels safe, respectful, and real. I don’t see people as broken or in need of fixing — I see them as human beings responding to life, stress, and change. I believe everyone has the right to be happy whatever that means to them. Therapy should support clarity, self-trust, and meaningful connection — not pressure or performance.
