My Background and Approach
Specializing in issues such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma and acculturation, I have much experience working in community settings, schools, and a strong background in crisis intervention. I also speak Portuguese fluently. I am trained in EMDR & CBT. Clients often express finding it easy to connect with me, and say that "she gets me."
