As a licensed psychologist, I have extensive training in evidence-based approaches and have worked across all different levels of care in a variety of settings (inpatient, outpatient, schools, community mental health, and private practice). I specialize in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness-based approaches. I also have training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Exposure and Response Prevention.
I strive to provide a calm and compassionate space where you can get in touch with what matters most to you, and use that as a guide to making changes in your life. My style is warm and genuine, interactive, and culturally-sensitive.
I completed my APA-accredited postdoctoral fellowship at Kaiser Permanente San Rafael and did my internship at Sharp HealthCare in San Diego which was also APA-accredited. I earned my doctorate degree in clinical psychology from The Wright Institute and my bachelor's degree from The University of California at Berkeley.
