My Background and Approach
When we begin our work together, I will invite you to share as much information about yourself as you feel comfortable with as it will help us both identify and prioritize the areas of your life that you wish to improve. Knowing that therapy can be daunting and challenging, I will provide a safe place in which you feel accepted, acknowledged, and validated throughout our work together. At times, you may be surprised by what you learn and discover about yourself and/or others. These experiences are sometimes painful to unearth yet they are quite helpful in moving forward in your life and healing from past experiences and/or negative core beliefs. Life Transitions, Stress, Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, Relationships, Parenting challenges, effects of Traumatic Events, etc can all be quite debilitating so we will work together on discovering the most effective ways to manage your challenges and get you back to living a healthier and happier life!
