About My Clients
My clients are courageous individuals who seek support in navigating life’s challenges. Many come to me carrying the weight of trauma, addiction, anxiety, ADHD, or relationship struggles. They are people ready to grow, heal, and reclaim their sense of self. I honor their strength by offering a safe, shame-free space where they can feel understood, discover new tools, and build meaningful change that lasts beyond the therapy space.
My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I work with individuals as young as 11 through adulthood, supporting them through life’s challenges including anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, addiction, and relationship concerns. I draw on evidence-based practices such as CBT, REBT, solution-focused, play therapy, and family systems to provide practical tools for growth and healing. I believe therapy should be a shame-free space where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change. Together, we focus on building resilience, strengthening relationships, and fostering a deeper sense of self so clients can move toward the life they want with confidence and clarity.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My personal belief is that every person has the inherent right to live well and to create the best quality of life possible for themselves. With the right support, resources, and encouragement, individuals can overcome barriers, discover their strengths, and build lives that reflect their values, hopes, and potential. My role is to walk alongside clients in that journey, offering compassion, guidance, and tools that empower them to shape a future that feels authentic and fulfilling.
