About My Clients
I Work with neurodivergent adults who feel high-functioning on the outside but overwhelmed on the inside—weather that is juggling feeling overwhelmed/stimulated, stress at work/home, self-medicating, social anxiety, self-esteem, relationship difficulties/conflict-school schedules and home life imbalance, and the internal battles that often go unnoticed by the world. I also work with families, selves and partners who struggle with substance use disorders. I also help with treatment options.
My Background and Approach
Together, we’ll explore how to break free from the cycle of stress and uncertainty. If you’re ready to turn your “what-ifs” into “what’s next,” I’ll provide you with the tools, support, and accountability to move forward and make lasting change. Let’s slow down, take a deep breath, and discover a path forward that aligns with who you truly are. My therapy approach is grounded in evidence-based practices—but it’s anything but clinical or cold. I bring realness, clarity, and collaboration into every session. My goal isn’t to “fix” you—it’s to help you better understand yourself and build tools that actually work in your real life.
