About My Clients
I work with adults and adolescents who are experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, relationship issues, adjustments & transitions, anger, self-esteem, body image concerns, religious trauma, and spiritual concerns. I strive to embody both cultural humility and multiculturalism, creating a safe space that supports BIPOC, LGBTQI+, and all people.
My Background and Approach
I work from a collaborative, person centered approach, working alongside you toward your personal goals. As a certified yoga teacher and a psychodynamically trained therapist, I offer a holistic approach to mental health and wellness, ranging from the more traditional approach to therapy, to body-oriented and mindfulness-based approaches to therapy. Additionally, attachment theory, Poly Vagal theory, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and nature therapy all inform my work as a therapist.
