About My Clients
I support people in transition as careers shift, kids leave home, marriages evolve, and parents age. With each change, we’re asked to renegotiate boundaries, relationships, expectations, identity, and values. These shifts often carry a quiet kind of grief that can feel hard to name and even harder to face. I help people move from “I can’t” to “I get to.” Together, we make space for both the ache of what’s ending and the possibility of what’s beginning.
My Background and Approach
I believe people grow best where they feel truly seen, understood, and safe enough to explore what’s happening beneath the surface. I specialize in supporting folks through difficult life circumstances, the complexities of grief, and everyday obstacles that present themselves in relationships. My approach focuses on creating a welcoming space where clients can cultivate self-compassion while processing challenging emotions and developing resilience.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I care deeply about creating a space where people feel safe to be real, messy, and human. I believe in the healing power of connection, self-compassion, and finding joy even in the toughest moments. I strive to practice from an anti-racist, anti-ableist, neurodiversity and LGBTQIA+ affirming, and HAES perspective.
