About My Clients
We work with clients who identify as: creatives & artists, LGBTQ+, survivors of trauma, diet culture expats, parents, child-free, spiritually struggling, and highly motivated but a little lost.
My Background and Approach
Our therapists approach healing & growth work from a relational, non-pathology based perspective. The modalities within our group range from Internal Family Systems to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to Acceptance Commitment Therapy to Brainspotting. Underlying these various modalities is our value of and commitment to a human-centered approach.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
We are committed to centering people over problems . We learn & work from a strengths-based perspective that takes into account the effect of cultural trauma and oppressive systems when helping people explore their experiences.
