About My Clients
Do you struggle with the everyday burdens of life sometimes? Do you wish you had a space to unload some of the stress, anxiety, and relationship issues you face? I know the feeling and I get it. My collaborative approach to therapy may help as we create goals together and discuss how to achieve them in ways that feel comfortable and safe.
My Background and Approach
My approach is warm and genuine. I work collaboratively in the therapeutic relationship to ensure the individual I am working with feels empowered. It is important for me to hear from you, the client, what your goals for working together are and how I can best support you in doing so. I also work with couples and families to identify negative communication patterns that are destructive to relationships and assist them in replacing them with healthy ones. I practice from a client-centered approach and am currently trained in CBT, Internal Family Systems, and Gottman Couples Therapy.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe genuine healing can happen for anyone, but the key to this is a space where you feel safe and supported. I always aim to create a welcoming, non-judgmental space for my clients, in which you feel protected and heard. I also focus on ensuring that my clients see real progress while being treated as an equal partner in the therapeutic process.
