About My Clients
You don’t have to do this alone. Life’s complexities—especially during pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood—can feel overwhelming. If you're navigating the emotional highs and lows of becoming a parent, adjusting to a new identity, or coping with anxiety, depression, stress or past trauma, you're not alone and you don’t have to carry it all by yourself.
My Background and Approach
With 8 years of experience supporting families with young children in both clinical and educational settings, and more than a year providing home-based infant mental health therapy, I specialize in working with parents and caregivers during the most tender and transformative stages of life. I hold an endorsement from the Michigan Association for Infant Mental Health and obtained advanced training in perinatal mental health through Postpartum Support International. My approach is an attachment-based approach, integrating CBT and other modalities from a trauma-informed, strengths-based lens. Together, we’ll create space for healing, reflection, and growth. If you're ready to feel seen, supported, and empowered in your journey, I’m here to walk alongside you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My passion lies in supporting women and parents, especially Black mothers, as they navigate various life experiences and stressors, including the emotional, mental, and relational shifts that come with pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenting. I believe there is no single guidebook to parenting, and the journey is not meant to be traveled alone. It truly takes a village—not just to raise a child, but to support the parent, too.
