I provide your kiddo (age 5-18) with a place where they can slow down, process, and learn how to cope with their worries. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, art and play therapy to help your kiddo. For Couples, I can help you strengthen your love and partnership for life using the Gottman Method; a research based approach to relationships. I can help you learn how to communicate in a healthy way and fall in love all over again. For Adults, I provide you with a safe place to reconnect with your inner child. I can help you nurture your inner world, heal your past, and learn how to develop a loving relationship with yourself. Using psychodynamic and internal family systems therapy, as well as mindfulness, we go to your past to understand your present and change your future. For my BIPOC clients, I’m a bicultural South Asian/American. So, I know what it means to be a child of immigrants and can provide you with culturally nuanced care.
