My Background and Approach
I specialize in working with women aged 20 and older. My approach is eclectic, including somatic, relational, and client centered. I got my Masters Degree in Somatic Psychotherapy at John F Kennedy University and have been practicing for over 20 years. I have completed trainings in Somatic Experiencing, Core Energetics, CIIS’ Center for Psychedelic Therapy and Research, and the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies. Note: I do NOT use any medicines in my treatment with clients. I can help you integrate the psychedelic experiences you have had in the past where others have guided you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that human beings tend naturally towards healing. We just sometimes get off course and need help navigating our way back. I consider the quality of the therapeutic relationship to be one of the most important factors in an advantageous therapeutic experience. I am authentic and real with my clients and I'm not afraid to be with you when you are experiencing pain or other difficulties. I believe in working together to co-create a therapy experience that works best for you in your unique individuality.
