About My Clients
While I am open to working with a variety of clients and experiences, I feel especially drawn to supporting adolescents and young women who find themselves struggling with relationship patterns, attachment wounds, intrusive thoughts, self-doubt, shame, and feeling disconnected from who they truly are.
My Background and Approach
When it comes to my approach to counseling, I work from the belief that every individual’s journey is unique. While I primarily draw from psychodynamic, attachment-based, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) perspectives, I work collaboratively with clients to adapt therapy to their specific goals and needs. I also believe the therapeutic relationship can play an important role in the healing process, so I am intentional about helping clients feel comfortable and understood throughout our time together.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe every person's story deserves to be met with curiosity rather than judgment. My goal is to create a space where clients feel safe enough to explore difficult emotions, understand the patterns that have shaped them and move toward meaningful change at their own pace. I value authenticity, compassion, and the belief that increased self-awareness can open the door to greater freedom, choice, and more fulfilling relationships.
