About My Clients
Do other people's decisions have a negative effect on you? Are you isolating yourself? Have you given up on finding a solution? You don't have to go through it alone if you answered yes to any of those questions. As your therapist, I aim to assist you in finding more successful ways of thinking, behaving, and coping with what has brought you to therapy. There are several different ways you could take to freedom from your situation, let me assist you try and find the best path for you.
My Background and Approach
When you come to see me, I will listen attentively and objectively ask questions in order to get a deeper understanding of what has brought you to therapy. I teach how to use various behavioral and/or thought strategies in the process of therapy, and I ask for your input in designing them so that they are personalized to you and your goals for therapy.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I've a heart for people struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, and life transition. I believe there's a huge potential for growth, freedom from negative thoughts, and feelings that 've bogged them down within each person. Change begins no matter how small the goal accomplished, it can be a step towards a better and more satisfying life.
