I intentionally support Black individuals navigating relationship stress, high achievement pressure, and life transitions in a space where you do not have to explain your lived experience. Therapy can be a place to slow down, unpack patterns, and move forward with clarity instead of survival.
My Background and Approach
I am a Graduate Level Counseling Intern completing my clinical training in professional counseling. I support Black individuals and couples navigating relationship stress, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions. I understand the pressure to be strong, capable, and composed while struggling internally. My approach is collaborative and culturally aware, focused on helping you build insight and practical tools you can use outside of session. Together, we explore patterns, strengthen communication and emotional awareness, and create meaningful change that supports clarity, connection, and long term growth.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe strength without support leads to burnout. I believe many of us were taught to survive, not to heal. That narrative needs to shift. As a Black woman, I am committed to culturally responsive care and to creating spaces where our lived experiences are not questioned or minimized. I support equity, accountability, and direct conversations about emotional health in our communities. Healing requires courage, reflection, and responsibility. You deserve a space where you can show up fully and do the real work.
