About My Clients
You might be overthinking, feeling disconnected, or carrying a quiet tension you can't name, even when everything looks "fine" from the outside. Maybe a relationship grew complicated, a transition left you uncertain, or grief shifted your sense of self. We work with adults and couples across New York and Pennsylvania navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationships. LGBTQIA+ clients are warmly welcomed. Come as you are and move at your own pace.
My Background and Approach
There isn't one right way to do therapy, because no two people experience things the same way. We take an integrative approach, drawing from somatic therapy, CBT, DBT, trauma-focused work, the Gottman Method for couples, and relational, identity-affirming care. Some sessions focus on understanding patterns through conversation; others help you tune into what you feel in your body or work through relationship dynamics in a more structured way. The process is always shaped around you. Our work is grounded in the belief that meaningful change starts with understanding yourself more fully. Therapy isn't only about solving a problem; it's about becoming more aware of what you feel, how you relate to others, and what you need to move forward in a way that feels right. We meet you where you are, whether you're working through something specific or making sense of a broader shift in your life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
We believe you deserve to feel grounded, connected, and fully yourself, and that healing happens in a space where you feel genuinely safe and seen. You don't need to arrive polished or have it all figured out. Come as you are. We hold that identity, relationships, and the larger systems around us all shape how we feel, so we offer care that is affirming and attuned to your whole context. LGBTQIA+ clients, and people of every background, are welcomed and respected here. We also believe therapy is a partnership. You are the expert on your own life; our role is to walk alongside you, offer honest reflection, and help you reconnect with your own clarity and direction. Change rarely follows a straight line, but at your own pace, you can feel more like yourself again.
