About My Clients

You may appear high-functioning on the outside, but internally feel stuck in cycles of anxiety, overthinking, perfectionism, or self-criticism. Many of my clients struggle with their relationship to food, their body, or a constant pressure to “get it right.” You’re insightful and self-aware—but insight alone hasn’t created the change you’re looking for. You’re ready to understand yourself more deeply and shift patterns that no longer feel aligned.

My Background and Approach

I have a Master’s in Marriage & Family Therapy and a background in both clinical work and the business side of mental health treatment, which gives me a well-rounded perspective on how patterns develop and how real change happens. My approach integrates CBT, DBT, and Brainspotting. I help you understand the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, while also working at a deeper level to process what may be stored beneath conscious awareness. I’m not focused on quick fixes or surface-level coping. Together, we look at the patterns shaping your experiences, build practical tools for emotional regulation and communication, and create space for deeper processing and lasting change. My style is grounded, relational, and direct. I aim to create a space where you can explore your experiences with honesty and without judgment—while also gently challenging the patterns that are keeping you stuck.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that many of the struggles people experience—around self-worth, body image, relationships, and perfectionism—are not random, but shaped by deeper patterns, environments, and expectations we’ve internalized over time. I value self-awareness, emotional honesty, and learning how to relate to yourself with more compassion and clarity. At the same time, I believe insight alone isn’t enough—real change comes from both understanding and action. I aim to create a space that feels grounded, respectful, and real—where you don’t have to perform or have it all figured out.
