About My Clients
I am a Licensed Certified Social Worker and have had experience working with a number of different populations and cultural groups, including: Families, Couples, Individuals, At-Risk Youth, and Individuals struggling with addiction. My modalities for treatment include: Brainspotting, Narrative Therapy, Talk Therapy, Grief and Loss Therapy, and more.
My Background and Approach
I am passionate about working with individuals experiencing grief and loss, past/current trauma, Sexuality issues, and those experiencing personal and relational roadblocks. I strive to meet my clients where they are, and adapt to their individual needs and framework. I come from a person-centered/ trauma-informed lens, and use strengths-based perspective.
