About My Clients
You may understand where the overthinking, people-pleasing, shutdown or shame comes from and still feel pulled back into it. Trauma, ADHD-related dysregulation, codependency or uncertainty around identity, faith and belonging can make relationships feel harder than they should. I work with adults who want to regulate more effectively, trust themselves, communicate clearly and build relationships that feel safer and more reciprocal.
My Background and Approach
My approach is warm, direct and trauma-informed. I use IFS and EMDR alongside somatic and attachment-based work, with practical CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness and narrative tools. We will map the patterns driving a reaction, build nervous-system regulation skills and process stuck experiences at a pace that feels safe. I offer honest feedback, help you connect the dots and keep the work structured without making it rigid. The aim is not only to cope better, but to feel clearer in your choices and steadier in connection.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy can hold depth without becoming overwhelming and structure without becoming impersonal. There should be room for honesty, compassion and humor, especially when you are discussing parts of life that have felt heavy for a long time. I am comfortable exploring the role of religion and spirituality, whether faith is a source of grounding, conflict or harm. Please book your first session with me on my website.
