About My Clients
Feeling exhausted from trying to hold everything together, you're chronically overwhelmed with a constant racing mind. Balancing new responsibilities as a parent, partner, and maintaining a career—and your sense of self—can feel relentless.
My Background and Approach
You used to manage it all, or at least appear to, but now everything seems chaotic and overwhelming, leaving you to feel like you’re drowning. Forgetfulness, distraction, and snapping at loved ones happen more often than you’d like to admit. You're tired of feeling like you're failing at things that others seem to handle easily.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
The truth is, you're not lazy, broken, or alone. I work with women and moms with ADHD who are burned out from striving for perfection. In therapy, we slow down, get honest, and discuss shame, guilt, and the pressure to be everything for everyone. We focus on reconnecting with your body, calming your mind, and creating a life that supports your ADHD instead of fighting it.
