My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that healing starts with feeling safe, seen, and supported. I strive to create a therapeutic space that’s affirming, collaborative, and grounded in compassion. I’m committed to practicing from a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive lens and value the richness that diversity of identity and experience brings to each person’s story. I believe therapy should be accessible to everyone and empower people to live authentically, connect with their values, and navigate life’s challenges with self-compassion and courage. Outside the therapy room, I’ve volunteered with Big Brothers Big Sisters and care deeply about mentorship, advocating for marginalized communities, and de-stigmatizing mental health care. These values guide both my clinical work and how I move through the world.
