About My Clients
I know taking the leap to start therapy is often overwhelming; I’ve even struggled to schedule that first appointment myself. I offer compassionate art therapy and counseling tailored to your goals. I specialize in supporting women navigating the emotional complexities of life transitions, past trauma, relationships, and reproductive health including fertility and IUI/IVF. I am the right fit for you if you want to be actively engaged in session, offering space for tears and laughter.
My Background and Approach
I believe words only take us so far. We often filter what we say, or find that language simply isn't enough to hold our experiences. Art therapy is a way to move beyond those filters. It’s not about making “good” art; it’s about using creativity as a tool to understand yourself, process emotions, and discover meaning in your experiences. Through art-making—like drawing, painting, or collage—you can reflect on your story and gain new insights in a supportive, non-judgmental space. No art experience is ever needed. I’m equally comfortable with conversation, preferably curled up under a blanket with a warm cup of tea or taking a walk as we work together. I believe the best work happens when we’re both being real. I’m here to hold space for whatever you're going through.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy is for everyone—we all carry wounds and deserve a space to be witnessed, validated, and compassionately supported. As an art therapist, I move beyond "tolerance" to wholeheartedly welcome our differences, using the creative process as a non-confrontational tool to amplify your unique voice and lived experience. My goal is to help you thrive and lean into your own expansion so you can live as your most authentic self.
