My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy is always strengths-based and collaborative. I integrate various modalities so that our work together is tailored to your unique goals and needs. I often use somatic based interventions in order to help regulate the nervous system and heal trauma in the body. With an art background, I love to incorporate therapeutic art practices in sessions. Additionally, I am trained in EMDR and DBT.
