The effects of anxiety and depression often include; shame, self-doubt, guilt, poor health, addiction, inability to complete simple tasks and a lack of self-care and energy.

Working together, I can help you regain hope in your life. Clients comment at their first session that my style is interactive and very positive. I customize your therapy to meet your individual needs using a variety of techniques including: Active Listening, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and expressive modalities.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
