About My Clients
Are you looking to feel better, more in control of your life, and experience yourself and your world in a more authentic way? If that sounds like you, I look forward to walking beside you every step of your journey. I serve those who want to identify how to get there exploring new insights about yourself and past relational patterns.
My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy aims to make you feel in control and confident in yourself by using a collaborative, strengths-based approach, which helps you make progress toward your own goals with learning skills and insights based on strengths in your life. I aim to have an affirmative and accepting space that lets all clients find their most authentic selves. After graduating from Northwestern University with a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy, I have spent the last four years helping people struggling with acute depression and anxiety symptoms as well as any other symptom that has significantly impacted their lives. I have helped clients make life-changing steps toward recovery to create the lives they want to live. And I have continued this work the past year supporting people in my online practice.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a biracial, Asian-American, queer, and neurodivergent, therapist who offers an intersectional framework.
