About My Clients
In their work, Autumn finds inspiration in the positive characteristics they observe in their clients. They admire individuals who possess insightfulness and are willing to openly discuss their struggles. Their ideal clients demonstrate a commendable commitment to exploring even the darkest corners of their lives with honesty and courage. Autumn understands the power of seeking help and guides their clients in finding meaning and purpose within their suffering.
My Background and Approach
Autumn completed a Master of Arts in Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Malone University. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology of Religion from Wilmington College, where they conducted an independent study on the intersection of religion, culture, and the psychological aspects of personal spirituality. Quirky, relatable, and honest, Autumn brings a unique personality to their therapy sessions. They believe in creating a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions freely. Drawing upon various therapeutic techniques and modalities, including Rogerian, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, and music/expressive arts therapy, Autumn tailors their approach to meet each client's specific needs.
