About My Clients
I support kids, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, ASD, behavioral concerns, and grief, with Christian faith incorporated when desired.
My Background and Approach
I graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Psychology and Criminal Justice at Campbellsville University. I graduated with a Masters of Education in Counseling at Lindsey Wilson College. I am currently an LPCA. I enjoy working with clients who struggle with navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and identifying their emotions. I work with a variety of ages. However, I specialize in kids/adolescents. I enjoy using a variety of therapy techniques that suite each clients unique needs. For young kiddos, I use play therapy in sessions. Play is a child's natural element and way to communicate. I like to immerse myself into their world and provide a safe space for them to express how they feel and what they need. For my teens, we may use play therapy, art therapy, and other techniques that fits each clients interests. For adults, we typically use Cognitive behavioral therapy in session. I also can incorporate Christianity in to sessions if requested by client.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I value honesty, integrity, compassion, and treating others with kindness and respect. I believe in caring for one another, uplifting others, and creating a more caring world. I am especially passionate about advocating for children and teens and helping them feel heard, supported, and valued. I also care deeply about protecting and appreciating the earth we share.
